LxCreators Beta Privacy Notice
This beta notice describes the product’s current data handling at a high level. A final GDPR/legal review should be completed before commercial launch.
Data used
LxCreators may store account identifiers, client profiles, creator profiles, creator application evidence, campaign information, applications, invitations, job-room messages, deliverables, ratings, dispute records, saved creators, notification records and creator performance statistics.
Public versus private data
Approved creator profile information is public, but creator home cities are intentionally hidden from public pages. Exact on-site campaign addresses are withheld from public listings and are revealed only to selected creators. Private analytics evidence, application details, earnings and dispute information are not public profile data.
Purpose
Data is used to operate marketplace discovery, creator review, campaign collaboration, security, support, matching, notifications and dispute handling.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, storage, AI assistance and optional browser notifications may rely on platform service providers. External social links open the creator-provided service. Future live payment and transactional email providers will require separate provider connections and corresponding privacy updates.
Retention and rights
Retention periods and formal processes for access, correction, deletion and objection should be finalized before commercial launch in line with applicable Luxembourg and EU data-protection requirements.
