LxCreators Beta Terms
These are provisional beta terms for product testing and are not a substitute for final lawyer-reviewed commercial terms.
1. Marketplace role
LxCreators connects clients with approved creators. Clients are responsible for accurate briefs, lawful campaigns and agreed deliverables. Creators are responsible for truthful profiles, lawful content and meeting accepted job requirements.
2. Creator approval
Creator applications may be reviewed, approved, rejected or returned for more information. Public profiles appear only after approval. Verification badges may depend on analytics evidence reviewed by the platform.
3. Campaigns and fees
Campaigns can be Solo Campaigns or Creator Pools. The platform currently displays a 10% platform fee on top of the creator budget. During public beta, payment and payout actions may still be simulations unless a live payment flow is explicitly shown.
4. Content and rights
Creators keep rights they have not expressly granted. Clients and creators must agree on usage rights, posting obligations, whitelisting, paid-ad use, duration and territories before commercial use where relevant.
5. Conduct
Users may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or unsafe content, impersonate others, manipulate ratings, or use the marketplace to avoid agreed platform protections after a job has begun.
6. Disputes
Users should first use the job room and platform dispute tools. LxCreators may review available records and decide how beta-held funds or simulated payouts are represented. Commercial payment rules will be updated before live payment launch.
7. Availability and changes
The beta may change, pause features or correct data. Users should keep their own copies of important deliverables and agreements.
8. Luxembourg
The marketplace is built for Luxembourg. Final commercial terms, consumer/business classifications, tax treatment and governing-law clauses should be reviewed before the paid launch.
